if 22 of them got 10 and the other three got 6
we have (22*10+3*6)/25
which is 9.52 but we need a range of 2 to 10 so at least one got a 2
so now we have 22 with 10 2 with 6 and one with 2 divided by 25(class size)
(22*10+2*6+2)/25=9.36 is the highest possible average.
