Question 241524: Data Publishers has two printers. Printer A prints 300 pages per hour, and Printer B prints 275 pages per hour. On a job totaling 19,000 pages, how long must Printer B run to complete the job if Printer A runs 12 hours?
Answer by checkley77(12844) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
12*300=3,600 pages.
19,000-3,600=15,400 pages left for printer b to process.
15,400/275=56 hours for printer b to complete the job.
