P(A or B) = P(A) + P(B)
0.60 = 0.20 + P(B)
P(B) = 0.40
If events A and B are not mutually exclusive you
cannot tell what the answer is.

You are correct.
3rd question:
If P(A) = 0.20 and P(A or B)= 0.60, and if A and B
are independent you can't tell what P(B) is.
