Answer by scott8148(6628)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let t = "pounds of truffles"

2(5) + 5(t) = 3(5 + t)

10 + 5t = 15 + 3t

2t = 5

t = 5/2 ___ or 2.5 lb
