F + 86 > E, where E=631.

* Francisco's points + 86 will exceed (greater) Ellen's 631 pts.

F > 631 - 86
F > 545

Points of Francisco should be greater than 545 to pass Ellen. If he has ONLY 545 pts., they will just be EQUAL.

So, right now he should have 546 pts., Answer (> 545)
