I'm thinking this is a Self-selected sample. Am I correct? I'm not sure if it is biased or not. Maybe it's biased because only those customers mailing in the completed forms get a coupon. Any thoughts on this?This question is from textbook saxon algebra 2

Yes, it has self-selective bias.
The bias is that participants choose themselves
as participants. The coupons are simply a
motivator but are not the reason for the bias
since everyone who receives a survey has the
same motivation.
