Answer by edjones(8007) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
9C6=84 Combinations of numbers 1-9 only
9C4*(42-9)=126*33=4158 Combinations of 1-9 and one of the other 33 numbers.
9C2*33C2=36*528=19008 Combinations of 1-9 and two of the other 33 numbers.
33C3=5456 Combinations of 3 of the other 33 numbers.
84+4158+19008+5456=28,706
