Find the real and imaginary parts of the complex number.
7 - (square root-11)
1___(real part)
2____(imaginary part)
i got the part that is real which is 7 but i cant figure out the imaginary part.
------------------
The "imaginary" part is the sqrt(-11).
sqrt(-11) = sqrt(-1)*sqrt(11) = i*sqrt(11)
Any term with sqrt(-1) in it is called imaginary.
