Label your columns more clearly.
I'm having trouble following.
Columns 1 and 2 are p and q.
Also use parentheses liberally.
Is the next column (not (p and q)) or should it be ((not p) and q) ??
I can't make out by your answer in the column (that column looks like (not q)).
Also, you have 7 columns, 2 are p and q. What are the other 5?
Also, "if - then not q", what is "-"?
You'll more likely get more responses if the question is clearer.
