time = 60 min/job ; rate = 1/60 job/min

Hilda DATA:
time = x min/job ; rate = 1/x job/min

Stan DATA:
time = 2x min/job; rate = 1/2x job/min
-----------------------------
Equation:
rate + rate = together rate
1/x + 1/2x = 1/60
60 + 30 = x
x = 90 min

Stan time = 2x = 180 min or 3 hrs.
