.4'=repeating 4's (.44444444444444.....), sometimes written with a line or dot over the 4. this is usually allowed but I dont know the given rules for your project

107=(4!+4!-.4')/.4'

109=(4/4%)+(4/.4')

115=((4!+4!)-sqrt(4))/.4
