THE POOL IS X*3X=3X^2
(X+5)(3X+5)-3X^2=265
3X^2+20X+25-3X^2=265
20X=265-25
20X=240
X=240/20
X=12m.IS THE WIDTH OF THE POOL.
3*12=36m. IS THE LENGTH OF THE POOL.
PROOF:
(12+5)(36+5)-3*12^2=265
17*41-3*144=265
697-432-265
265=265
