88=(L+4)(W+4)-LW
88=(2W+4)(W+4)-2W*W
88=2W^2+12W+16-2W^2
88=12W=16
12W=88-16
12W=72
W=72/12
W=6M.
L=2*6=12M.

88=(12+4)(6+4)-12*6
88=16*10-72
88=160-72
88=88
