Evaluate the concentration of the alcohol in the solution if it consists of 14 gallons of pure water and 14 gallons of alcohol (in percentage terms; round to 2 decimal places).
-----------------------
14 gal alcohol / 14x10^6 water = 1/10^6 = [1/10^4]/[10^2]
= 0.0001% or [1/10,000]%
