how much would a water bill be per month if
n = 5000c - 15300/4
solve for c
and n = 1800 gallons of quantity
--------------
n = 5000c - 3825
5000c = n + 3825
c = (n+3825)/5000
c = (1800+3825)/5000
c = 1.125
