Answer by checkley77(12844)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
8X+4.8(20-X)=6.2*20
8X+96-4.8X=124
3.2X=124-96
3.2X=28
X=28/3.2
X=8.75 LBS. OF $8 CASHEWS.
20-8.75=11.25 LBS OF PEANUTS.
PROOF:
8*8.87+4.8*11.25=124
70+54=124
124=124
