The formula used in Exercise 109 was W= 91.4 -(10.5 + 6.7√v-0.45v)(457-5t)/110 This question is from textbook Elementary and Intermediate Algebra

The formula used in Exercise 109 was

:
Minneapolis: T =10; v = 15

then

:
w = 91.4 - 109.89
:
w = -18.49 wind chill for Minneapolis

Following the same procedure with Chicago: v=25 t=20,
I got:
w = -14.9

Looks like it's a little worse in Minneapolis
