Then I have to solve for v and r.

Solving for "v":
Multiply both sides by gr to get:
gr*tan(theta) = v^2
Take the square root of both sides to get:
v = sqrt[gr*tan(theta)]

Solving for r:
Multiply both sides by gr to get:
gr*tan(theta) = v^2
Divide both sides by "gtan(theta)" to get:
r = v^2/[g*tan(theta)]
