20,000x+700,000-10,000x=900,000
10,000x=900,000-700,000
10,000x=200,000
x=200,000/10,000
x=20 acres were bought for $20,000 per acre.
70-20=50 acres were bought for $10,000 per acre.

20,000*20+10,000*50=900,000
400,000+500,000=900,000
900,000=900,000
