I believe this is a function because none of the {(-4,-1), (-2,1), (4,-8), (8,6)} are the same they have tried to trick you though, because if it was {(4,-1), (-2,1), (4,-8), (8,6)}
instead of {(-4,-1), (-2,1), (4,-8), (8,6)} then it wouldnt be a function but because there are no actual same numbers in the x or y it means that is is a function
