HERE YOU HAVE A TRIANGLE WITH THREE SIDES=100 FT.
THE OPTIMUM AREA IS SIDES WITH A RATIO OF 1:2:1=4
100/4=25 SO THE LENGTH OF EACH SIDE IS:
25+50+25=100
AREA=25*50=1,250

24*52=1,248
