Question 121644: The formula A=6V^2/3 gives the surface area of a cude in terms on its colume V. What is the volume of a cube with surface area of 12 square feet?
I come up with, 12=6(1)^2/3 So the colume is 1.
Am I correct?

No
Because if the volume is 1 then r^3=1 and r=1 and surface=6 (not 12)
so the solution is:
12=6(r^3)^(2/3) then 2=r^2 then r=2^(1/2)
then V=2^(3/2)
