cu. in. is the unit of volume (cubic inch) - which means that the volume of the water is just given in the problem.
So, it is not a good style to ask about the volume again, while it is just given.

Some given ratios seem to be. Maybe use them. You already have the volume, so maybe just you want how much "weight" of this water.



Look carefully, and examine it so it makes sense; and then compute the "weight".

Now maybe you can figure how many gallons of water this is on your own.
