at a.m. it was °C
at a.m. rose °C=>°C+°C=°C
at a.m. dropped °C=>°C-°C=°C

From now until p.m. increased °C per hour:
from a.m to p.m is hours, temperature increased °C =°C
since at a.m was °C, the temperature at p.m is: °C +°C= °C

answer: D)
