The problem is faulty. The numbers of packs of each size must be whole numbers, which they are not with the given information.

Let x be the total number of packs.

1/3 of the packs were small:
= number of small packs

The number of medium packs was 1/5 more than the number of small packs -- i.e., 6/5 times as many:

The rest of the packs were large:
= number of large packs
