    P(t) = 30000*2^((5*12)/21) = 217374.     ANSWER


In the formula, "5" denotes the number of years;  "12" denotes the number of months in the year,

and the fraction    is the number of doubling periods.

2^2(6/7)=2^20/7 doublings=7.2458
without rounding, multiply by 30000=217,374 to nearest person.
