The volume is the area of the base, multiplied by the height.

Look up (on the internet, or elsewhere) the formula for the area of a regular octagon in terms of the length of each side.

(Note, on the other hand, it would be a good exercise for you to derive that formula yourself. One way to start on that derivation is to view the regular octagon as a square with isosceles right triangles cut off each corner.)

Use that and the given height to find the volume.
