x number of loonies
(2/3)x-5 number of dimes, worth (2/3)*(1/10)*x-.50
money is x+(1/15)x-.5=$63.5
(16/15)x=64
x=64*15/16=60 loonies ($60)
and 2/3 of them minus 5 is 35 dimes ($3.50)

I could assume that $63.50 is an amount in Canadian dollars and calculate how many of each type of coin Maryia has, but there is no way to determine how many of each type of coin marysua has. I am not going to answer this question because I want to make a point about your abject rudeness in not proofreading your post before submitting it. Tutors on this site are doing this for no compensation whatsoever, and I am appalled that you cannot take a few seconds to make sure that your message to us is clear and understandable.
