The idea for your final calculation is correct: hours per day, times days per week, times weeks per year, equals hours per year.
And of course the 5 days per week and the 52 weeks per year are correct.
But your calculation of hours per day is nonsense....
(1) You don't want to convert hours to minutes; minutes are not involved in the answer.
(2) The coffee breaks are one per day for 10 minutes. Convert that 10 minutes per day to number of hours "x" per day and then do your final calculation:
10 minutes per day is
10*5 = 50 minutes per week (assuming 5 working days per week) =
= 50*52 = 2600 minutes per year (assuming 52 weeks per year) =
= 2600/60 = hours per year = 43 hours and 20 minutes per year.
