.

Under given condition,

    P(a<= X <= b) = 1,

assuming that  a < b.

Moreover, this word of the condition  " . . . UNIFORMLY . . . " is  EXCESSIVE:

    The answer is THE SAME even if X distributed non-uniformly between "a" and "b".

All other optional answers are FALSE.

If,  of course,  b - a =/= 1.

If   (b - a) = 1,  then the fourth optional answer is correct,  too.
