From the condition, it should be clear to you that the speed of the second man was 60% of the speed of the first man.


In other words,

Then the difference   -  = , 

and from the condition you have this simple equation


 = 5  kilometers per hour.


From this equation,   =  = 12.5 kilometers per hour.


Then the total distance is  12.5*5 = 62.5 kilometers.


The speed of the second man was  12.5 - 5 = 7.5 kilometers per hour.
