Since the two occurences are irrelevant,
P(a 3 and a tail)=P(a 3)*P(a tail)
And since that the dice is fair and that the two coins are unbiased,
(also the two coins are irrelevant so there are 2 possibilities out of four(2*2) which show one tail)
above=1/6*1/2=1/12.
