50-x is the width
This way the perimeter, 2L+2W=2x+100-2x=100 feet
x(50-x) is the area.
-x^2+50x=600
-x^2+50x-600=0
vertex is at -50/-2=25
f(25)=625
the zero points occur when x^2-50x+600=0 (changing signs of the left side)
that factors into (x-30)(x-20)=0
x=20, 30 for critical values where the area is 600
20<=x<=30 feet for length.
