40 have HBP, HC, or both
30 have HBP+20 have HC=50, so 10 are double counted having both, and subtracted that makes 40.
a. High cholesterol is 20/60 or 1/3
b. High BP is 30/60 or 1/2

d. Either is 40/60 or 2/3
