Last year son was 4 so son is now 5 years-old
Mr. Watson's age: 7(5) = 35
Difference in ages: 30 (35 - 5)
When Mr, Watson is 60, difference will remain 30, so son will be:
By far the best way to solve this problem is to USE YOUR BRAIN to analyze the problem logically, the way he did. That's much better exercise for your brain than plugging numbers into some equation.
