a*(-1)^2+b(-1)+c= -6

a + b + c = 4
a – b + c = -6

a + b + 3 = 4
a – b + 3 = -6
2b = 10
b = 5
A = -4

-4x^2 + 5x + 3 = 0

The x value of the vertex is found by plugging a = -4 and b = 5 into the formula below
x = -b/(2*a)
