You need 5 players on the floor for the whole game (48 mins.), making a grand total of 240 minutes between all players. If the team has 8 players, whom are to get equal playing time each, then 240/8=30 mins. per player. Each player gets 30 mins. of playing time, if the total playing time is divided equally between all players. ☺☺☺☺
