Longest:: 2x
2nd side:: x
3rd side:: 2x-9

Equation:
Perimeter = 46 meters
2x + x + 2x-9 = 46
5x = 55
x = 11
--------------------
longest:: 2x = 22 meters
2nd side:: x = 11 meters
3rd side:: 2x-9 = 13 meteres
