Answer by robertb(5830)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f + 4f + (4f - 4) = 50
==> 9f - 4 = 50
==> 9f = 54
==> f = 6, the first integer,
4f = 24, the second integer, and
4f - 4 = 20, the third integer.
