a rectangular swimming pool with uniform depth is 30m long 8m wide and 2.8m deep.what is the cost of tiling it at 53 dollars square meter.
The bottom area = 30*8 = 240 m^2
The sides = 2lh + 2wh
2*30*2.8 + 2*8*2.8 = 212.8 m^2
Total area to be tiled = 212.8+240 = 462.8
Cost of tiling = 462.8 *53
= $ 24528.40
