Answer by HyperBrain(694) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
This is just simple! Don't be confused.
You can opt to use ratio and proportion like this:
1 ton:1000 kg::19500000 tons:x kg
By cross multiplication,
19500000000ton-kg=x ton-kg
x=19500000000 kg
Therefore,
19.5 tons is equal to 19500000000 kg or 19.5 billion kilograms
