Area = length x breadth
Area = 52.6 x 35.4
= 1862.04 m^2
1862.04 m^2 x 3.5
= rs 6517.14.

Perimeter = 2 x Length + 2 x breadth
Perimeter = 2(52.6) + 2(35.4)
Perimeter = 176 m
Twice round = 352 m
352/2 = 176 seconds
176 seconds = 2 minutes 56 seconds.
