.80(1500-x)=minority.
.05x+1200-.80x=750, since half of 1500 are minority.
-0.75x=-450
x=600 workers in northside plant, and 5% or 30 were minority.
1500-x=900 workers in the southside plant, and 80%, or 720 are minority.
