Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
P(PH)=0.26
P(PA)=0.39
P(PH OR PA)=P of each added minus p(both), which deals with double counting.
P of either=0.48, P (sum)=0.65, 17% are double counted, so it is 0.17 who have both.
P(either)=0.48
p(neither)=0.52
