9 meters = 900 cm
900cm/45 cm per tile=20 tiles
2 tiles wide
40 tiles.

length of path is 9m long and 2 slabs wide means 90 cm wide
L of path =9m and width =0.9 m
area of path =9x.9 =8.1 M^2
area of square slabs =.45x.45= .2025 m^2
no of slabs =total area of path/area of one slabs
=9x.9/.45x.45=900x90/45x45=20x2 =40 slabs
