Let me say more thoroughly: This IS a Law of Cosines problem. You want the perimeter of the triangle, and for that, you want to find the last side of the triangle. That would be some number, say c. You have a perimeter which will be 32+39+c, and you use Law of Cosines to find c.
As a formula, Law of Cosines can be expressed in which is opposite of side c.
