First, let's simplify the given expression





Multiply top and bottom by the inner LCD 3x.


Distribute through the numerator


Multiply. Notice how the upper fractions go away


Factor out -1 from the numerator


Rearrange terms


Cancel the terms

Replace every 'x' with 3
