Suppose further that the construction materials are priced as follows:

� Siding (Walls): $15 per square foot
� Roof (Hemisphere): $20 per square foot
You will have a total materials budget of $200,000. What are the dimensions of the tower (radius and height of the cylinder) which will maximize the volume enclosed by the tower?
