There is more than one answer.
The expected answer is probably "a parallelogram".
However, all we know is that half of the wallet consist of
one of the 3-inch long sides,
attached at a corner to one of the 2-inch long sides,
making some angle that is not a right angle:

also form a triangle with that green diagonal.
