4s= 52 divide both sides by 4
s= 13 this is the length of each of the same length sides. And the 3rd side is:
2(13)-6= 20
Check: 2(13)+2(13)-6= 26+26-6= 46 Correct.

2L+2W= 256 And we just said that L= 4W-12, so let's substitute:
